Our meetings are held in Room 505, #1 Building, 355 Huanghe Road (near Xinzha Road)

This is a comfortable meeting room near Xinzha Road subway station – just one stop north from People’s Square on Line 1. If you’re coming by subway, Exit 5 is closest.

If you’re not yet a Toastmaster – or haven’t been a Toastmaster in the past – you are welcome to attend our meetings, though please know that you will have to complete your CC before joining us. We’d love you to come along but to get the most from us, please do join another club and get your CC – there are heaps of great clubs around Shanghai that you can find on the Toastmasters website or through the China Toastmasters website.

China Advanced Toastmasters is the home of advanced speaking in Shanghai, though there are many other great clubs around. We welcome guests and visitors from other clubs, though since you must first be a Competent Communicator or Competent Toastmaster to join CAT, here are some places to look to get started:
