After a very tight contest, Delphy Chow ACS CL won the International contest at CAT last night with her speech about her speech “My Journey to Financial Freedom”.
We’re also pleased that Joyce Hu CC CL will be representing CAT for the Mandarin Showcase at the Area contest.

With the contest season about to being, this can feel like The Lull Before the Storm. Just before a storm hits, we can notice a period of relative calm; just before the excitement and thrills of a big day, we can experience a similar period of peacefulness.
