How to make people sit up and take notice of your speech by having an outlandish and unusually extra long speech title that dares to be different, bold and breaks the rules of “how to give your speech a great title”, and of course, having a speech that’s really really captivating, useful and enriching, full of stories, anecdotes, metaphors, useful and practical information, and best of all – FUN, ENJOYABLE and MEMORABLE.

Having explored eye contact last meeting, this Thursday night we are going to consider Gratitude.
And it’s not just about Thanksgiving.

The next few weeks

Congratulations to our Delphy Chow for achieving 3rd place at the recent Division Contest

We have just four meetings left for 2008:

  • 13 November
  • 27 November
  • 11 December
  • 18 December (brought forward a week for Christmas)

Each of these will have a great training session focused on an area of advanced speaking skills. Subjects  like eye contact, introducing speakers (and yourself), using the stage and using outlines (especially in impromptu speaking) that will be useful and entertaining.

See you then.
